Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy applies to purchases from Amber Bryant, trading as Advancing Behaviour Analysts.
Self-paced digital courses
Consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day cancellation period. However, special rules apply when digital content is supplied immediately. If you ask us to provide immediate access to digital content during the cancellation period, we will ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.
Services and live APD
If you purchase a service online and ask for it to begin during the statutory cancellation period, different cancellation rules may apply. If you cancel after performance has begun, you may be required to pay for the part of the service already supplied where the law permits this.
Faulty or misdescribed content
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content or a service is faulty, not as described or not supplied with the care required by law, contact us so that we can put the matter right and provide any remedy required by consumer law.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email admin@advancingbehaviouranalysts.co.uk with your name, account email, order or course details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to use particular wording.
