Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, account details, UK-SBA certificate number, course enrolment and progress information, assessment results, certificate and completion records, order and transaction information, correspondence, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to create and manage learner accounts; provide purchased courses and learner support; process orders and maintain transaction records; record course progress, assessment and completion; issue and verify certificates; respond to enquiries; maintain website security; meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations; and improve our services where appropriate.
Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we process information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and providing learner support, or with your consent where consent is required.

We use service providers needed to operate the website and deliver our services, including website hosting and learning-management, payment, email and security providers. They may process information only as necessary to provide those services. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Advancing Behaviour Analysts.
